Please enlighted me to which parts of the 3 Dan Browns books I sugested were... "idea stealing, fact frauding piece of shit"

Davinci code was not a good book, but his previouse 3 were MUCH superior to Davinci Code.

Well, you know I won’t suggest Dan Brown, as I like my books written for adults.. as opposed to an idea stealing, fact frauding piece of shit..

The HHGTTG 5 would top my list in terms of brilliance, a witty look at life and parody of social climates, and trade unions, probably my favourite series of books..

Narnia chronicles [Although I think you own these already] are well worth a read and tell a very good story..

Neuromancer by William Gibson, the book that inspired The Matrix, a fantastic post punk look at cyber domination, feels very V for Vendetta in how it plays out..

The Essential Spike Milligan, a collection of his earlier transcripts and poetry, from his hilarious Goons show stuff to extracts from Hitler, fantastic read and hilarious..

Idlewild & Edenborn by Nick Sagan, just incredibly written fiction, a stellar story about post apocalyptic Britain and how the world functions therein..

There’s literally hundreds of books to reccommend, without touching on the classics..

I always found Catcher in the rye and Catch 22 to be mind numbingly dull, I just don’t see [outside of the MK ultra trigger word association] how they are regarded as works of art..

[Comment ID #26 Will Be Quoted Here]
I'll give the Dan Brown books a go although I'm not too keen on paying money to read the script kiddie books. But Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy is a definite, fantastic choice.

You again support the idea of Hitchhikers Guide, sweet. Essential Spike Milligan would be interesting too - if you look further back I posted a poem of his on my blog.

I really should read Catcher in the Rye and Catch-22 before I attempt to criticize it in my opinion so I'll give them a whirl.
